The service

RentManor is a tool for managing your own rental records. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for how you use contact actions (call, text, email).

Accounts

Keep your password private. If you invite someone to your account, they can see that account’s properties. Don’t invite people you don’t trust with that information.

Acceptable use

Don’t use RentManor to break the law, harass anyone, or try to access another account’s data.

No warranties

The service is provided as-is for personal and small-portfolio use. It is not a substitute for professional property-management, legal, or tax advice.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top will change when they do.
